Sheldon House

Description

The Sheldon house is the first near-zero-energy home in Skagit and Island County. Built With structural insulated panels (SIPs), this home is extremely energy effecient and features passive and active solar energy systems. Completed in June 2008, this home uses less than half the energy of a home built to code.
