Description

Elite Homes are designed and built for livability. All our homes, regardless of price, are built for the comfort and warmth of their owners. Elite Homes are ever evolving, with our standard 10-foot ceilings and eight-foot solid core doors as our signature trade mark. Then, add in our extensive use of larger, more ornate trims though out and you have a home as unique as the owner. In keeping with our tradition of leading versus following, we have taken many steps to insure our homes are built using natural materials, recycled products and forest friendly lumbers. We have also taken the additional training offered by the National Association and State Association of Home Builders to keep abreast of ever changing environmentally friendly products and applications. We have received certificates for “Green Building for Building Professionals”, a National Association of Home Builders course, and the “Green Advantage” course sponsored by Washington Association of Home Builders and the Central Washington Home Builders Association (CWHBA). We are also a member of the “Built Green Association” sponsored by CWHBA. As new products and better information becomes available we will incorporate these into our building practices.
